Pat, organization is one of the most important things to do for your EBay store! eBay is slower for me too this year. As far as supporting other resellers, I will buy from smaller sellers, these other you tubers make enough on you tube! I stopped watching a few of them too arrogant for me

Please don’t take this as bad but you need to focus on you. Stop envying people and stop expecting from people. List list list and realist. That is the only way to bring your business back to standard or above standards and get the money flowing.

Gotta get on the listing train! I consistently list 3-5 items a day and I consistently make sales. You have plenty of inventory!

Hey Pat different boats but I feel the reselling blues. Had a great 2022, low 2023 and barren desert 2024. And I'm just like you when things aren't going good in selling it's very hard to get the motivation to keep pushing. And the fact that reselling is very solo doesn't help. Let's keep pushing, and things will get better. Glad to hear health is doing good, you are looking great. Let's keep going!

Whatnot is a wasted effort imo Pat your way better off putting your energy into your inventory and listings and as far as supporting other resellers I have given countless hrs supporting people and I rarely got 1/10 in return in fact I had to drop most of channels I was subbed to and it was so refreshing buddy, get back to your chore circle of support and focus on you!!

My store was acting slow after a couple of cancelled orders so I unlisted and relisted a ton of stuff. Then ran a 5-10% off sale on the weekends. Store has boosted from that and my stats are improving. Hope things get better for you.

Life does have a way of kicking people when they're down. I'm sorry you're going through this. I lost my job in April. Can't find another one, no one wants to hire someone at almost retirement age. Unemployment is about to run out. Too old to get a job, too young to retire. I feel your pain. Hope it gets better for you soon.

Nothing wrong with being frustrated and needing to vent. This business is rough and is not easy. The most important thing you can do is keep moving forward. You know what you need to do to survive. Sell stuff. If online sales suck, move on. Flea markets and tag sales are where you need to sell / move that inventory. Not perfect weather, use a tent. It is crazy to keep things in a storage unit waiting for the right time to sell. Turn and burn. Get that cash flow moving. In my opinion you are choking on this lower end inventory. Tough to handle the volume of sales necessary to make a good profit. It might be too much work for just yourself. Thin the inventory and it might be more manageable. Ebay store loaded with dead inventory. Run some sales and blow out some stuff. Not smart holding onto things waiting for that sale. Sometimes you need to make it happen other ways. Banks and creditors do not want goods in trade. They want the money. The stress you feel now will disappear once you get things moving again. I think you need to forget about these big What Not sellers are doing. Going forward I think you would benefit being more selective in what you are buying. Good luck and keep fighting. Hate seeing a nice guy like you struggling. Positive mindset and focus on yourself.

Now pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go spend 8 hours on Whatnot and sell some stuff. Set a goal and don't turn it off until you hit it. 🙏

Nice shed. It should serve the purpose. Only thing I would watch would be tin he winter time. Make sure to brush the snow and ice off the roof. Not sure how sturdy that roof would be with a big load of snow on it. On the inside walls I wonder if you could attach some thin sheets of sheet metal to the walls to help re enforce it. I might think painting the floor with a nice thick waterproof paint. They make that special paint for doing that stuff. Not sure what it was called. It would seal it up and protect the floor from the tractor tire tracks and possible leaks. If you get to keep that second shed for free why not build it and just fill it up with inventory. Never enough space.

Hey Pat, sorry for the delay in posting a comment. I watched on the TV and meant to come back and post. I refuse to believe there is only 30% chance of living at 5 years because I'm four years in to MBC! SO glad you are eating better. I think it's SO important not only for our general health but, for the cancer as well. As always, I will continue to pray for you and your family. Glad things are going well!!

Pat I didn't know but I'm watching your video. Been going through almost the same thing as you. Since September of last year Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. My prayer goes on to you my friend.

I'm sorry to hear this. I wish you all the best. I lost my dad at 16 from Bladder Cancer. He was gone in just over 6 months. It is now 26 years later, and I still miss my dad. I feel so stupid on things my dad never had the chance to teach me different things a guy should know. It is never easy, and you never know what other people are going through. Patdees, My Mom was a Breast Cancer Survivor and last December I found out I had Lung Cancer! It was gone in 3 months with Chemo Therapy now just 4 months after that My Cancer has returned in my ling & spread to my spine in Bone Cancer & My Brain! It's tought, but you know being positive is 1/2 the battle! I'm Praying for you my friend! 🙏🏻❤️ I also live in PA. Berwick! Hope you continue to heal! ❌⭕❌⭕
